During the coronavirus pandemic, employers and workers will be offered protection and relief through the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).
This act will go into effect on April 1, 2020. The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division (WHD) has shared additional guidance to explain sick leave and expanded family and medical leave.
